Electrical design and installation for new construction in Los Angeles

We design and install electrical systems for new homes and additions across Los Angeles, from the Westside and beach cities to the Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Calabasas, and Hidden Hills. Our work starts during the design phase with your architect so that wiring, panels, and layouts are planned right from the start—not added after walls are framed.

Los Angeles homes are diverse: some are older Midcentury layouts that need service upgrades to support modern loads like EV chargers and heat pumps; others are new construction where we coordinate with the architect to plan everything. We install Lutron lighting and motorized shades, home theater and whole-home audio, Generac standby generators, electrical panels and subpanels, EV chargers, structured wiring for data and security cameras, and landscape and architectural lighting.

Single-line, panel schedule, low-voltage plan, rack layout. Submittals for the set and the city.

Rough-in with the framing schedule, trim-out with the finishes, inspections passed first visit.

Programming, scene tuning, owner walkthrough, documentation, support after move-in.
